Accounts are created by hand or through tickets that wait for weeks, new accounts miss baseline controls, landing zone versions fall behind, and service control policies and AWS Config rules drift away from the design. Nobody can show which guardrails apply to which account, and acquisitions and new business units add accounts faster than governance keeps up.

Onboarding and drift review. We review your organization structure, organizational units, Control Tower controls, service control policies, AWS Config rules, logging and identity setup, fix drift, enroll unregistered accounts, and agree the baseline every account inherits.

Account vending. New accounts are requested through a form or a pull request and created with Account Factory or Account Factory for Terraform, with networking, logging, identity and security baselines applied automatically.

Monthly governance. Our engineers apply landing zone version updates, manage control and service control policy changes through reviewed requests, remediate drift, keep centralized logging and security services enrolled, and handle governance incidents.

Reporting. A monthly change log and a quarterly governance report show accounts, controls in force, exceptions with their owners and open drift.
