What do you like best about the product?
Apromore provides leading process mining capabilities, offering in-depth insights for causes of bottlenecks and inefficiencies, allowing the visualisation of cases down to the individual level. I particularly enjoy the strong functionality of this product, with the ability to toggle between the frequency, duration and cost particularly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major, but the dashboards section could be more visible to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process inefficiencies which results in cost savings and increased productivity.
