     Info

DeepFellow Server is the main orchestration layer in the DeepFellow framework, responsible for all user interactions, access management, and workflow coordination. Built on FastAPI, it provides an OpenAI-compatible API that makes migration seamless.

    Overview

DeepFellow is a private AI framework allowing software teams to deliver compliant, auditable, and scalable AI - tailored to the most demanding sectors. Unlike SaaS LLMs, DeepFellow runs entirely within your environment, adapts to your internal knowledge, and scales with your operations without exposing sensitive information or compromising auditability. You decide which data the system learns from, how it is accessed, and where it runs.

DeepFellow Server is the gateway to access MCP servers, Tools, DeepFellow Infra, Plugins, and Vector Databases. It provides authorization and administration layers to the system. It is also used for user and access management, business logic and all the other application-related operations.

DeepFellow Server extends the functionality of DeepFellow Infra and without it, this product has very limited utility. Please note that DeepFellow Infra might require its own license for full functionality with this listing.

    Highlights

    • Security and control: DeepFellow models run entirely within your infrastructure, giving you full control over data, logic, and compliance. No data ever leaves your environment, and no third-party online LLM has access to your prompts, responses, or internal knowledge base.
    • Load Balancing: Automatic distribution across multiple infra nodes.
    • Access Management: Role-based access control (RBAC) for models, data, and toolboxes.

    Dimensions summary

DeepFellow Server carries no software fee under this Free listing. You pay only for the AWS EC2 instance runtime you choose, billed per hour. The four dimensions are EC2 instance types, not feature tiers: t3.large, c4.xlarge, t3.medium, and c3.large. Each represents a different mix of compute and memory. Your cost scales with which instance you run and how many hours it stays active. You can run multiple instances or terminate them anytime to stop charges. Larger or compute-focused instances suit heavier workloads, while smaller instances suit lighter use.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

Each dimension maps to one AWS EC2 instance type. t3.medium and t3.large are general-purpose instances that balance compute and memory. c4.xlarge and c3.large are compute-focused instances. You pick the type based on your workload's processing and memory needs. One running instance bills one hour per hour of runtime.
The software carries no fee, so no software charge applies at any time. Hourly charges reflect AWS EC2 instance runtime only. When you terminate an instance, its runtime charges stop within a few minutes. Stopped instances may still incur underlying AWS storage fees for attached volumes.
Yes. You can launch multiple DeepFellow Server instances within minutes across AWS regions. Each running instance bills independently per hour based on its instance type. Your total cost adds up across all active instances. Terminate any instance to stop its charges.

    Amazon Machine Image (AMI)

An AMI is a virtual image that provides the information required to launch an instance. Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

The DeepFellow Server AMI starts a web interface over HTTP and injects the SSH key provided at launch into the Linux user account - 'deepfellow'.

After the instance is running, connect via SSH as 'deepfellow' and run 'deepfellow server create-admin'. Then, open the DeepFellow Server web interface using the public IP address provided by AWS and log in with the admin account you just created.
