Organizations license a single standards edition or an edition bundle annually. An ACORD bundle can span several standards years, supporting historical interpretation. New editions extend the foundation while preserving earlier context.

Customer teams and implementation partners extend Praxi's industry knowledge with their own terminology, definitions, relationships, and practices. Custom libraries can remain owned by Praxi and licensed, or be owned by the client with annual maintenance beginning in year two.

Control and evidence at the point of use.

Praxi operates within the organization's approved deployment boundary. Source records stay under its control, and maintained context links to original sources and lineage. Permissions are checked against the applicable security authority whenever source access is required. Configured controls apply to sensitive combinations of information. Context history provides evidence for reviewing interpretation and use, and downstream applications retain their own logs to complete the audit trail. External model connections follow the customer's approved architecture.
