The problem

What we deliver
Assessment and plan. We inventory services, data stores, identity, networking and pipelines, map each to its AWS target, and plan waves with downtime windows and a rollback for each.
Landing zone and infrastructure as code. A landing zone with AWS Control Tower and every environment defined in Terraform or AWS CloudFormation, so production is reproducible from day one.
Migration. Applications move to Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS or AWS Lambda; databases move with AWS Database Migration Service or native replication to Amazon RDS, Aurora or DynamoDB; files move with AWS DataSync; and identity connects to your provider through AWS IAM Identity Center.
Cutover and hypercare. Pipelines are rebuilt, DNS and endpoints are switched in a planned window with a rollback plan, followed by hypercare and cost tuning.

AWS infrastructure charges
