OpenAI or Anthropic to Amazon Bedrock Rapid Migration Accelerator

     Info
    Sold by: Compass UOL
Move one qualified OpenAI or Anthropic API workload to Amazon Bedrock through a bounded migration engagement designed to confirm fit, configure the AWS target environment, migrate one primary business flow, validate priority test scenarios, and define the next production step.

    Overview

Many organizations have built GenAI applications on OpenAI or Anthropic APIs but now need stronger control over cloud architecture, model access, governance, AWS consumption alignment, and production operating decisions.

The challenge is not always a full redesign. In many cases, the immediate decision is whether a qualified, non-complex workload can be moved to Amazon Bedrock without introducing major modernization, security remediation, or application refactoring.

The OpenAI or Anthropic to Amazon Bedrock Rapid Migration Accelerator helps customers make that decision through a focused Compass UOL professional services engagement. Compass UOL works with the customer to confirm workload fit, configure the Amazon Bedrock target path, update one agreed workload and primary business flow, execute priority validation scenarios, and document operating considerations for the next production step.

This offer is designed for customers with one operational or near-production application using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, where the application design remains materially unchanged and the migration can be completed within a controlled scope. It is not intended for multi-workload modernization, large-scale refactoring, new data platform design, RAG redesign, compliance remediation, or managed services.

The outcome is a validated migration path to Amazon Bedrock, including configuration summary, migration findings, documented limitations, and a recommended next step for production readiness, broader modernization, or follow-on Bedrock expansion.

Buyer Problem / Business Trigger The customer has an existing OpenAI or Anthropic API integration and wants to evaluate whether Amazon Bedrock is a better long-term production path. The customer needs a bounded migration option that avoids a broad architecture redesign before proving technical feasibility. The customer wants clearer AWS alignment for GenAI workloads, including Bedrock consumption, Marketplace transaction readiness, and potential funding evaluation. The customer needs to reduce uncertainty around model interface, identity path, target Region, quota readiness, validation risks, and operational handoff before committing to a larger production program. The customer has one primary GenAI business flow that is mature enough to test but not complex enough to require a full modernization assessment.

Delivery Model Confirm Fit: Review workload, dependencies, owners, constraints, readiness, and acceptance criteria. Configure Target: Confirm model interface, AWS account and Region, identity controls, Bedrock access, quotas, and integration configuration. Migrate Workload: Update one agreed workload and one primary business flow to use the Bedrock-supported interface. Validate: Execute customer-approved priority test flows and document findings, defects, limitations, and operating risks. Transfer Knowledge: Provide configuration summary, migration findings, operating considerations, and recommended next step.

Assessment / Engagement Scope One qualified OpenAI or Anthropic API workload. One primary business flow. One AWS account, Region, and target Bedrock configuration path. Review of current application configuration and representative functional test scenarios. Confirmation of Bedrock model access, identity path, required quotas, and integration constraints. Application update for the agreed workload and primary flow. Functional validation against priority test flows. Documentation of findings, limitations, configuration decisions, and follow-on recommendations.

Out of scope unless separately scoped: Multiple workloads, applications, environments, or Regions. Major application refactoring or architecture redesign. RAG, embedding, data pipeline, or source corpus redesign. New landing zone design. Security remediation, compliance certification, or regulated workload redesign. Managed services, production operations, or SLA commitments. Broader model benchmarking, prompt optimization, or multi-agent workflow redesign.

Expected Output / Deliverables Migration-fit confirmation summary. Amazon Bedrock target configuration summary. Updated workload and primary flow for the agreed Bedrock-supported interface. Functional validation results for priority test scenarios. Documented defects, limitations, assumptions, and operating considerations. Recommended next step for production readiness, broader migration, modernization, or follow-on Bedrock work. Customer handoff and knowledge transfer session.

Customer Decision Questions This offer helps the customer answer: Can this OpenAI or Anthropic API workload move to Amazon Bedrock without a major redesign? What AWS account, Region, model interface, identity path, quota, and access decisions are required before production? What defects, limitations, or operating risks need to be addressed before scaling the workload?

    Highlights

    • Focused migration path for one qualified OpenAI or Anthropic API workload. Designed for a bounded, low-friction Bedrock migration when application design remains materially unchanged. Includes target configuration, workload update, functional validation, and handoff. Helps customers decide whether to proceed to production, broader migration, or deeper modernization.
