Overview
The Cyren Malware URL Threat Intelligence Connector for AWS Security Hub automates the ingestion of Cyren's malware URL feed directly into AWS Security Hub as ASFF-compliant security findings. Deployed as a serverless AWS Lambda function triggered by Amazon EventBridge, this connector continuously polls the Cyren CCF Malware URL feed and pushes malicious URL indicators to AWS Security Hub via the BatchImportFindings API.
How It Works:
- Amazon EventBridge triggers the Lambda function every 6 hours
- Lambda authenticates with Cyren CCF API using your JWT token
- Malware URL indicators are fetched with full PersistentToken pagination
- Indicators are converted to ASFF format and pushed to Security Hub
- All operations logged to Amazon CloudWatch
