Makes managing printers simpler and cuts support tickets!

    Reviewed on Jul 18, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it removes the need for print servers so users can install printers themselves without IT help. The self service portal is easy to use even for non technical staff and keeps drivers updated automatically. We also like the secure release feature which adds an extra layer of protection for confidential documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup took a bit of planning especially mapping larger office locations. Sometimes users ask for clearer instructions on using the release function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to get constant helpdesk tickets about missing printers or driver issues. Now most users can add or remove printers on their own without admin rights. This cut printer related tickets by a lot and freed up IT time to focus on other projects. It also made print management simpler when moving people between offices.
