zopnight: Technology Value OS for AI, Cloud and Humans

     Info
zopnight is a Technology Value OS for AI, Cloud, and Humans. A unified platform to find waste, route ownership, automate optimization, and measure the business and technology value of every dollar you spend. Connect AWS, GCP, and Azure, and it runs in one loop: find, own, fix, prove. One-click remediation behind approval gates, scheduling down to the K8s namespace, MCP for Claude Code and Cursor. It never touches your databases.

    Overview

    Open image

We built zopnight because we kept seeing the same problem: cloud bills grow faster than anyone can explain, and the tools meant to help stop at a dashboard.

When teams run real infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure, spend becomes hard to control. Resources sit idle nights and weekends, ownership is unclear, and the path from "this looks wasteful" to "it's actually fixed" runs through spreadsheets and risky manual changes.

    What is zopnight?

zopnight is a Technology Value OS for AI, Cloud and Humans. It finds waste, routes ownership, automates optimisation, and proves which infrastructure is actually creating value, across AWS, GCP, and Azure.

Connect your accounts, run the audit, and see the number. Nothing moves until you say so.

It discovers everything automatically, recommends what to fix with 450+ audit rules, and then safely acts on it: one-click remediation with approval gates on destructive actions, and blast-radius analysis that shows exactly which connected resources an action touches before you click. One rule we never break: zopnight never mutates your customer databases.

    Governance past the running resource

AI Gateway puts scoped virtual keys, spend budgets and usage reporting by key, provider and model in front of LLM access, so AI spend is governed the same way cloud spend is. IaC Governance checks every Terraform or OpenTofu pull request against the policies you attach to the repository and posts a pass or fail on the PR, with around 70 built-in rules and a sandboxed OPA/Rego path for your own.

    Who is it for?

Engineering, platform, and FinOps teams running production infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure who want to cut idle spend, attribute every dollar, and optimise safely, without slowing down the people shipping.

    Built for builders

    • 450+ recommendation rules plus honestly-rated RI/CUD commitments
    • One-click auto-remediation with approval gates and blast-radius analysis
    • AI Gateway for governed LLM access: scoped virtual keys, spend budgets, usage reporting
    • IaC Governance: Terraform and OpenTofu pull requests checked against your policies
    • Cost reconciled to your real invoices
    • Showback by team/tag, budgets, anomaly detection, and unit economics

    Dimensions summary

This listing offers a single subscription option billed per user under a contract. You get access to the cloud governance and optimization platform, which includes automated scheduling and recommendations. Pricing follows one flat structure rather than tiered or usage-based options. You commit to the contract term, and the price scales with the number of users you add. There are no separate add-ons or instance-size choices to configure. The subscription covers the platform capabilities as one bundled offering.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

The platform connects to your cloud through read-only APIs to find waste and recommend fixes. No agents or code changes are needed. It never reads application data, secrets, or user content. Only resource metadata and billing data are accessed. Write actions for remediation run only when you enable them.
Scheduling stops non-production resources outside working hours to cut your underlying cloud bill. The subscription itself is a fixed contract cost billed per user, so it does not change based on how much you schedule. Scheduling reduces what you pay your cloud provider, not the subscription fee.
You get one-click certified remediations such as stopping idle instances, deleting orphaned volumes, and rightsizing. Each action runs a check for precondition, approval, cloud action, and validation. Actions are logged and reversible where the cloud allows. Customer databases are excluded by default and never touched.
