The GenAI Accelerator is a structured, 6-week program delivered by Apex Lab that takes your AI idea from concept to a working, production-ready prototype at zero cost and zero risk to your organization.

Whether you are a startup, a growing SMB, or an enterprise team with promising AI ideas but limited bandwidth or in-house expertise, this program is designed to remove every barrier standing between you and your first real GenAI product.

What You Get Participants receive three core deliverables. First, an AI Roadmap: Apex Lab conducts collaborative discovery and prioritization workshops to map your AI opportunities, assess technical readiness, and produce a prioritized roadmap complete with feasibility analysis, cost estimates, and projected business impact.

Second, a Full-Stack Prototype: Apex Lab's engineering team builds a fully functional, AWS-native prototype of your highest-priority use case — deployable, testable with real users, and capable of generating data-driven insights to support your go/no-go decision.

Third, a Scaling Action Plan: a detailed roadmap for taking your prototype to production, covering technical architecture, resource requirements, and an implementation timeline.

How the Program Works The engagement follows a proven 6-step process requiring minimal time from your team. It begins with a quick Application and Intro Call to assess fit and align on scope. This is followed by two structured workshops:

Workshop #1 focuses on GenAI Roadmap Prioritization, where Apex Lab gets to know your business, explores and ranks the most impactful AI use cases, and assesses project readiness.

Workshop #2 dives into Use Case Refinement, aligning on goals, success criteria, KPIs, and high-level technical architecture. Once the project plan is finalized, AWS evaluates it for co-funding and issues a go/no-go decision.

Apex Lab then executes the Full-Stack Prototype Build in close collaboration with your team, delivering a working prototype, full documentation, data-driven insights, and a clear action plan to scale. The program concludes with a Project Wrap-Up session to align MVP scope based on prototype feedback and explore eligibility for additional AWS funding programs.
