The ePlus CloudEndure Disaster Recovery (CEDR) to AWS Elastic Disaster Recovery (DRS) Migration Factory is a process-driven Professional Services engagement to accelerate your transition from CEDR to DRS. Leveraging our experience in assisting clients of all sizes transition to DRS, ePlus provides a standards-based blueprint to successfully migrate workloads.
Core components of the service include:

• Existing CEDR assessment to include viability of transitioning to DRS
• Assessment output to address servers eligble for DRS, servers eligible for DRS that need configuration adjustments before transition, and servers ineligible for transitioning to DRS
• Creation of "Transition Plan" which outlines the entirety of the migration lifecycle
• Well Architected build-out of AWS infrastructure to support new DRS components
• Fully-automated Windows and Linux Server Upgrade process which allows for supported co-existence of both CEDR and DRS replicated machines
• Automated replication transition from CEDR to DRS to include recovery drills
• Cleanup and decommision of CEDR environment
• Project management to assist in coordination of transition activities
• Testing and Validation
