Pricing scales with the number of units you subscribe to, rather than by separate tiers or instance sizes. Access covers building permits, property, and contractor records. You retrieve records up to the limit tied to your unit quantity. There are no separate add-on dimensions on the Marketplace listing. To size your subscription, match the unit quantity to the record volume and coverage you need.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A record is a single entry from the building permits, properties, or business (contractor and developer) databases. You can mix these types in any combination up to your plan's limit. For example, a 10,000-record plan could cover 4,000 permits, 3,000 properties, and 3,000 businesses.
You can buy additional export credits on demand. These are sold in fixed increments and charged per extra record retrieved. Your base plan limit stays the same, and the extra credits add to the records you can export that month.
You access and export records through a web app or an API. On the web app, you can search, filter, and view records, then export up to your plan limit. Delivery through file transfer and API access is available depending on the coverage and volume you subscribe to.
