To size your subscription, match the unit quantity to the record volume and coverage you need.

What counts as one record when I retrieve data under my plan?
A record is a single entry from the building permits, properties, or business (contractor and developer) databases. You can mix these types in any combination up to your plan's limit. For example, a 10,000-record plan could cover 4,000 permits, 3,000 properties, and 3,000 businesses.
What happens if I need more records than my plan includes each month?
You can buy additional export credits on demand. These are sold in fixed increments and charged per extra record retrieved. Your base plan limit stays the same, and the extra credits add to the records you can export that month.
How do I receive the data once I subscribe?
You access and export records through a web app or an API. On the web app, you can search, filter, and view records, then export up to your plan limit. Delivery through file transfer and API access is available depending on the coverage and volume you subscribe to.
