The engine upscales and optimizes video quality, and charges apply uniformly per processed minute regardless of the source content.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
You are billed per minute of video run through the AI enhancement engine. The engine measures the duration of the source video it processes, including upscaling, noise reduction, color enhancement, sharpness improvement, and brightness adjustment. Each minute of that processed footage counts as one billable unit.
The charge applies uniformly per processed minute. You pay the same rate regardless of the source quality, the degree of enhancement, or the output resolution. Only the number of minutes processed affects your cost. Heavier enhancement on a given clip does not raise the per-minute rate.
Cost scales directly with total minutes processed. A large batch is billed as the sum of all its minutes at the same per-minute rate. There are no tiers or step changes, so processing more minutes raises your bill in proportion to the added minutes.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on usage. Usage-based charges for video processing are non-refundable once processing is completed.
