Scale customer support without scaling headcount. The Brainfish Growth Plan combines AI self-service agents with automated doc creation to deflect repetitive tickets, unify knowledge, and empower faster onboarding and adoption
The Brainfish Growth Plan helps companies scale customer support without scaling headcount. At its core is an AI-powered self-service agent that instantly resolves customer questions in-app or through a connected knowledge base. By deflecting repetitive tickets and delivering fast, contextual answers, Brainfish reduces support load, improves onboarding, and increases customer satisfaction.
In addition to self-service, Brainfish automates knowledge base management. It converts demo videos and product usage into clean, structured help documentation, ensuring customers always have up-to-date resources. This eliminates manual content creation, unifies tone of voice, and creates a consistent knowledge hub across teams and brands.
With flexible pricing, built-in localization, and integration options, Brainfish adapts to your needs as you grow. Businesses benefit from reduced costs, faster onboarding, and improved customer retention, all within enterprise-grade security standards (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR compliance).

This plan starts with a required platform fee covering 5 seats and 5,000 monthly queries, plus core features. A one-time implementation fee covers setup, onboarding, and initial knowledge base creation. Everything else is an optional add-on you buy as you grow. You add seats beyond the included 5, and AI Answers in blocks of 1,000. You buy AI Actions in buckets of 5 for automation. You pay per integration connected to external systems. Localization adds multi-language translation support. Add-ons scale independently, so you pay for the capacity, automation, connections, and languages your team actually uses.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one query in the 5,000 monthly queries included with the platform fee?
A query is one user session — a single conversation with the AI agent. It can be a one-shot question or a multi-turn back-and-forth. Sessions close after 30 minutes of inactivity. The 5,000 monthly queries covered by the platform fee are these user sessions.
How do AI Actions and AI Answers differ, since both are usage add-ons?
AI Answers meter AI-generated responses delivered to end users, billed per 1,000. AI Actions meter automated tasks the agent performs through connected tools, like triggering workflows or handing off to a human, billed per bucket of 5. Answers scale with self-service volume; Actions scale with automation you configure.
Which add-on usually drives the largest part of my bill?
AI Answers typically dominate for high-volume self-service, since they bill per 1,000 responses delivered to users. Seats add cost as your admin team grows. Integrations bill once per connected system. AI Actions and localization scale with your automation and language needs. All charges apply together on one invoice.

I love how easy it is to use, and I really appreciate how responsive the entire Brainfish team has been-not only in helping us with tactical work, but also in partnering with us to rethink our workflows and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t think of anything else at the moment. Over time, I’d like to see more detailed analytics built into the product, but for now we have enough to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainfish is helping us scale our Support team. We can’t keep up with the volume of people interacting with our software, and Brainfish’s ability to deflect requests for us is a big help. On top of that, its suggestions for new articles that can deflect even more requests over the long term are powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Brainfish suggests updates to our content based on how users interact with our platform. It also automatically updates articles when we release a new feature. The Slack integration is fantastic because it allows us to create knowledge base articles directly from a Slack thread, which speeds up our workflow. I appreciate the separate segmented agents feature that helps us handle different use cases effectively. Brainfish is not a bloated platform; it offers exactly the features we need for AI-first support. The initial setup was very easy and took less than two weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more out-of-the-box integrations of the same caliber as Slack would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Brainfish to centralize and update product knowledge efficiently. It segments agents for specific tasks, like lead qualification and in-app support. The Slack integration allows direct article creation, and content update suggestions ensure our info is current.

A lot of our features, benefits, and processes change even monthly, so being able to update our knowledge content easily is a big plus. This ensures that our users have an up-to-date interface to interact with. I also appreciate that the team at Brainfish was really helpful during the setup process, letting us bring over sample data to work with before fully transitioning, which made the platform ready to go with minimal editing. Additionally, I find Brainfish very easy to work with, and the team is always open to discuss feedback and any needs we might want to achieve.

So far, the system's working really well for us. We would love to see Brainfish expand over time to include LMS capabilities so that we could provide tests or qualifications to our users as they advance with our software.
