The Intelligent Backbone for Your Logistics Operations
LogystiX runs the whole movement cycle on one platform - from the transport request to the settled freight bill - with execution posted back into your ERP rather than reconciled afterwards.
Step 1 - Plan and Contract
Transport requests raised across destinations and planned on one record. Transporter sourcing through inquiry, quotation and award, with rate cards and contracting by lane and mode. Approvals routed and logged. E-way bills generated and attached to dispatch documents. Behind the planning data sits a registry of 345 canonical ports across 109 countries, 370 auto-resolved aliases and 116,213 UN/LOCODE locations.
Step 2 - Gate and Load
Digital gate pass capturing vehicle, driver and documents at entry. Weighbridge integration recording tare, gross and net weight against the trip, with boom barrier and camera at the gate. Loading, outbound delivery, post goods issue and billing posted straight into the ERP, with e-invoice IRN and e-way bill through the GSTN IRP. Gate-in to gate-out time is carried on the trip record as a detention cost head.
Step 3 - Track
Live GPS trip tracking from your vehicle feed, on one map with geofencing, halt detection and route-deviation alerts. Predictive ETA updated as the trip runs. Trip exceptions raised with an owner and SLA, with customer notifications. The trip diary auto-populates from GPS, documents and driver inputs.
Step 4 - Deliver
The driver app is published on Google Play and the App Store with over 1,000 installs: OTP login, trip assignment and history, status updates and exception raising from the cab, and live location sharing in multiple languages. At the drop, the consignee confirms delivery on a tokenised web link with OTP, photo and signature, timestamped against the trip.
Step 5 - Settle
The freight cost sheet builds as the trip advances: ten cost heads across three shipment stages on one document, per-head currency with the FX rate pinned at approval, and six lifecycle states from draft through ERP sync to close, versioned with actuals against plan. The rate engine proposes lane rates from 22,018 historical shipment lines spanning six financial years, using recency-weighted medians Incoterm-segmented on a four-level lane ladder. Every proposal carries a confidence level and the comparable invoices behind it, and refuses to propose on sparse lanes. Carrier invoices are validated against the contracted rate and the cost-sheet record, with variances flagged and disputes packed with evidence.
The Agent Workforce
Six agents work inside the flow, each filing proposals into a human review queue with evidence attached. Weighbridge Anomaly flags weight readings and gate events that do not match the trip record. Tracking monitors the GPS feed for halts, route deviation and ETA slip. Freight Rate Analyst proposes lane rates from your shipment history. Settlement checks carrier invoices against the contracted rate and the cost sheet. Freight Approval reviews cost-sheet lines against the tolerance band, routing out-of-band overrides for approval. Master Data finds duplicate transporters, vehicles and port codes.
Governed Autonomy
Autonomy is granted per agent, per level, by you. The Trust Dial runs from L1 Suggest - the default, where the agent only proposes and nothing is written - through L2-L3 Review, where proposals queue for a one-click human approve, to L4-L5 Act, where the agent acts in its lane and every action is logged and reversible Out-of-tolerance overrides are held for approval, banded at 5, 10 or 20 percent. AI usage is metered in AI Usage Units, with a tier included in every plan.
Deep SAP Integration, Open to Any ERP
LogystiX integrates with SAP S/4HANA over standard OData services routed through the ConnectX gateway, plus SAP BTP and Cloud Integration. Statutory connections run to the GSTN IRP for e-invoice IRN and e-way bill, and to ULIP for Vahan and Shipping Bill verification and container-vessel tracking. Other ERPs connect over the same REST and webhook contracts. Dashboards run on Amazon QuickSight over trips, gate events, cost sheets and settlement, with in-product chat.
Built and Run on AWS
Delivered as a managed service on AWS in Mumbai (ap-south-1); other regions scoped per engagement. Amazon S3 for documents and ePOD, CloudFront, SES and SNS for notifications, Bedrock for the agents, QuickSight for analytics. Encryption in transit and at rest on AWS managed services, OIDC single sign-on via Microsoft Entra, role-based access control, per-tenant isolation, role-scoped AI tools, and immutable logs exportable to your SIEM. Your data stays in your tenant and nothing trains public models. AeonX is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 20000-1; PCI DSS and ISO/IEC 42001 in progress.
