    Overview

Jedox is an enterprise planning and performance management platform designed for deployment in customer-managed cloud and Kubernetes environments using container technology. It supports budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and integrated planning across finance and operational teams. The platform provides a unified environment for planning, analysis, and reporting, enabling organizations to make informed decisions through structured workflows and governed data processes. Key capabilities include web-based dashboards, interactive reporting, and dynamic data grids (DynaTables) for structured and collaborative data management. Advanced forecasting and scenario analysis features support forward-looking planning and what-if modelling. Built on over 20 years of development, Jedox integrates with ERP, CRM, and data warehouse systems using ETL processes or APIs. The containerized architecture allows customers to deploy Jedox within their own infrastructure, retaining full control over scaling, networking, security, and data residency. Jedox supports enterprise-grade security requirements, including role-based access control, audit trails, and segregation of duties. It is suitable for finance, sales, HR, operations, and strategic planning use cases where organisations require a flexible, self-managed planning platform deployed within their own cloud environment.

    Container image

Containers are lightweight, portable execution environments that wrap server application software in a filesystem that includes everything it needs to run. Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.

Powerful Data Relationships and Budgeting Flexibility

    Reviewed on Dec 17, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jedox is that you can create relationships between different data using formulas. Importantly, utility budgets can be entered as quantities and then multiplied by prices. I really liked that it was possible to add a rule to the budget lines for subsequent years that they will increase by the consumer price index.
What do you dislike about the product?
What bothers me about Jedox is that some of the forms created by the developers for our company take a long time to open and so far show the error message VALUE in all the cells. We also had a strange copying problem: if you wanted to copy 12 months of data, but only 9 months were visible on the screen, then only 9 months of data were copied to Jedox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Jedox solves the problem that as an airport, a large part of our revenue budget comes from the aviation forecast for the coming years, and this forecast may be changed during the budget preparation process - previously, we had to make changes in various Excel files, but in Jedox, all the information is in one program and when aviation data is updated, all revenue budgets - that are already related to aviation - change.
Another important problem that Jedox helps solve is that it is easy to create new versions of a single budget. It is also easy to create mid-year and year-end financial forecasts: there are versions for this: forecast 2+10, forecast 3+9, etc.

Flexible and Integrative with Fast Support

    Reviewed on Nov 27, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The platform offers great flexibility for frequent changes, a broad range of integration options, and quick support whenever issues come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some glitches. Recently, I noticed that a few of my reports disappeared, even though I hadn't made any edits to them. Additionally, the drag and drop feature in dynamic reports occasionally stops working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing reliance on spreadsheets and with that the possibilities to make mistakes, eases report distribution, aids in data analysis.

Powerful Budgeting Tool with a Learning Curve

    Reviewed on Nov 27, 2025
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Jedox for its capability to effectively eliminate manual errors, which is crucial in maintaining accuracy in my budgeting tasks. I particularly like how the cubes in Jedox work together seamlessly; if linked correctly, changes made in one place are correctly reflected everywhere, ensuring consistency and reliability of data across various sections. Additionally, I find it beneficial that Jedox integrates well with our existing databases to automatically pick up data, which enhances the workflow and data accessibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Jedox does not allow the use of repeated names across different countries. This limitation forces me to rename products differently even when they are the same, which complicates the organization process. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Jedox challenging because it required learning an entirely new system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jedox for budgeting, which helps eliminate manual errors. By linking cubes correctly, any changes update accurately, enhancing data integrity across systems.
