HIKARI is a next-generation 3D interactive digital human platform developed by Kyoei Information (CPI), an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner for 8 consecutive years and one of only four AWS SMB Competency certified partners in Japan.
HIKARI combines holographic display technology, virtual digital human avatars, voice interaction, edge computing, and cloud intelligence into a single integrated solution built natively on AWS. A lifelike 3D avatar appears on a 49-to-86-inch 4K mirror LCD panel (1500 cd/m² brightness, 178° viewing angle), engaging visitors through natural voice conversation without any physical contact.
Powered by Amazon Bedrock, HIKARI leverages Claude Sonnet, ChatGPT, and Gemini large language models alongside Amazon Transcribe for speech recognition, Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases for enterprise RAG, and Amazon Polly for natural speech synthesis. This full AWS-native architecture enables intelligent, context-aware responses grounded in your organization's proprietary knowledge.
