Overview
AWS CI/CD as a Service delivers a standardized, automated, and reliable software delivery pipeline on AWS. We design, implement, and operate CI/CD workflows using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeCommit, CodeArtifact, AWS CloudFormation or CDK, and integrate with deployment targets such as Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS, AWS Lambda, and Amazon EC2.
Development teams often face challenges including manual deployments, inconsistent environments, limited deployment visibility, long feedback cycles, and the absence of automated testing or rollback procedures. These issues slow delivery and increase operational risk. CPS addresses these challenges using certified DevOps engineers, AWS best practices, and mature automation frameworks.
Engagement Model
1. Discovery and Landscape Review
We assess your application architecture, deployment workflows, toolchain, release cadence, and environment consistency. The review identifies issues, improvement opportunities, and required automation components.
2. CI/CD Roadmap and Design
We prepare a prioritized implementation plan covering pipeline automation, testing workflows, tool selection (AWS CodePipeline or GitHub Actions), deployment patterns, IaC standards, and observability requirements.
3. Implementation and Integration
Our engineers implement or refine CI/CD pipelines, automate environment provisioning with Terraform or CloudFormation, establish deployment strategies, integrate automated testing, and configure monitoring and logging.
4. Ongoing Operations and Improvement (Optional)
Organizations may extend into Managed Cloud Platform Services for continuous support, optimization of CI/CD pipelines, release governance, and performance tracking based on operational metrics.
