Key activities:

1. Assess and Design: Cloud strategy and compliance assessment (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP), platform architecture design, and security architecture aligned to the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
2. Build the Platform: Developer platform and source-control modernization (GitHub, CI/CD, IDP deployment), cloud platform foundations with infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code, and reproducible build environments for audit-ready software.
3. Operate and Scale: PlatformOps (automated builds, tests, and deployments), developer productivity tooling (Copilot, Amazon Q, DORA/SPACE measurement), and build-system scaling for cost and feedback-loop control.

1. Cloud and compliance readiness assessment.
2. Internal developer platform (IDP) with CI/CD, security tooling, and self-service workflows.
