You buy IntraOne as three separate modules, each priced per user. The Warehouse Management Module handles inventory and fulfillment. The Warehouse Execution Module coordinates labor and automation tasks. The Warehouse Control Module manages material handling equipment and robotics. Each module is licensed independently, so you select only the ones your operation needs. Pricing scales with the number of users on each module. The modular design lets you add modules as you grow. All three integrate with ERP systems and connect within the shared IntraOne platform.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each module licenses per user, meaning each individual who logs in and works within that module counts as one licensed user. Users on the Warehouse Management, Execution, and Control modules are counted separately. Someone using two modules requires a license on each.
You pay per user on each module you license, and the charges bill independently. Your total is the sum of user counts across the modules you select. You can license only the Warehouse Management, Execution, or Control module, or any combination your operation needs.
Cost scales with the number of users on each licensed module. You can add modules as your operation grows, and each new module bills per its own user count. The platform is designed to add capabilities without reimplementation, so growth expands your existing setup.

Vendor refund policy
Software licenses and professional services fees are non-refundable once provided or services are rendered. Maintenance services fees are due annually in advance, with no refund for pre-paid amounts. If maintenance is terminated, no refund will be issued for the current term. In the event of a breach or termination for adverse status, no refund will be provided. Contact support for questions.

Currently there is no way to do a recall in the system. We have found work arounds but a robust recall feature would be nice

What do you like best about the product?
Easy organization of real time warehouse data and functions in one place (receiving, putaway, manufacturing, picking). Flexible picking options for various types of orders. Directed replenishment and putaway. Seamless EDI integration.

Support/Dev has gotten better over the years, but still has some work to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Picking/cartonization--we are picking all sales orders into their shipping boxes---carton content labels and shipping labels printed up front before picking begins---picking/shipping departments have increased through put by 75%---ability to segregate inventory by vendor to prevent product mix--cycle count procedures reducing shrinkage by close to 25%

What do you like best about the product?
Bang for the buck. Tier I WMS that for the feature / function. The IntraOne implementation team have industry experience that is a huge value while designing and understanding how process can align with software. Additionally, with their deployment of their Customer Success program, support has been very proactice and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their market / community to collaborate. While they are 'new' to the market from several acquistions, would be great to see a user conference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From recieving, to putaway, to picking, we've been able to cut down labor by 40% and overall customer experience is more positive. The cartonization is amazing and took the manual piece out of our hands.
