DynConD client-side Global Server Load Balancer is used by replicated and distributed network services for better user experience and global server load balancing. The client selects the optimal server independently, based on a measured network distance between client and servers (in contrast to commonly used imprecise geographic proximity) and current server load or service response time. DynConD is the ultimate multi-cloud and hybrid cloud traffic management solution.
DynConD - Dynamic Content Delivery Network Service is:
Client-side Global Server Load Balancer
DNS-based Client-Server service for optimal server selection and server load management
The ultimate choice for the fastest delivery of network services to clients
DynConD client side GSLB is used by replicated and distributed network services for better user experience and cloud load balancing. The client selects the optimal server independently, based on a measured network distance between client and servers (in contrast to commonly used imprecise geographic proximity) and the current server load or service response time.
DynConD introduces a composite DNS metric that allows the client himself, rather than a remote server, to make the final decision as to which server, represented by IP address in a DNS response, is best for him. The server parameters are supplied to the client via the standard DNS infrastructure and provide the client with information about the current status of the server load and/or the service response time of a particular network service.
Multi-cloud solution
DynConD is the ultimate multi-cloud and hybrid cloud traffic management solution. The client-side GSLB offers improved adaptability, increased scalability and easier migration.
Optimal server selection through measured network distance, service response time and server load
DynConD uses a unique Dynamic Server Selection process for optimal server selection with measured network distance between client and server, server service response time and/or server load (CPU, RAM) as parameters
High Availability/Instant Failover
DynConD DNS client library performs real-time server availability checks, so unavailable servers are detected by the client during the DNS resolution process, before deciding which server is optimal. No more server downtime due to single point of failure or during server maintenance

You buy a monthly CS-GSLB server subscription, priced by how many of your public IP addresses it manages. Three options cover up to 3, up to 5, or up to 10 public IP addresses. Each address represents one server the service load-balances across. Pick the option that matches the number of servers you run for a network service. As you add more servers with more public IPs, you move to a larger IP-count option. Billing is monthly per server, and the choice scales with your server count rather than traffic volume.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one public IP address for billing?
Each public IP address maps to one server hosting your network service. You enter every public IPv4 or IPv6 address of your service in the user portal. The service load-balances across these addresses. Your subscription option must cover the total count of server IPs you register.
What happens if I add servers and exceed my option's IP address limit?
Each option caps how many public IP addresses it manages: up to 3, up to 5, or up to 10. If you add servers with more public IPs than your cap, you move to an option covering the higher IP count. The choice scales with server count, not traffic.
Does the number of clients or app users affect what I pay?
No. Pricing depends only on how many public IP addresses the service manages, which reflects your server count. Client-side selection runs on each user's device, so adding more Android, Linux, iOS, or Windows app users does not change your subscription cost.
