This contract combines a base platform with four add-on units you scale independently. You start with the CO Base Platform, then size your deployment by adding packs. You add tenants one at a time, analyst user seats one at a time, and playbooks (each pack covers one playbook created plus its support). You also add agents individually, which are lightweight integrators that connect your tools without exposing internal networks. Each unit type is priced separately, so you buy the quantity of tenants, users, playbooks, and agents your operation needs and expand any of them as requirements grow.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one agent for billing, and what does an agent do?
An agent is a lightweight integrator you deploy to connect your tools without exposing internal networks. It links your security and IT systems across cloud and on-premise environments. You buy agents one at a time, so you add the number your integration setup requires.
What does one playbook pack cover, and what is a playbook?
A playbook is a documented set of automated procedures that guides response through connected security tools. Each pack covers one playbook created plus its support. You add packs individually, so you scale playbooks based on how many workflows you need built and maintained.
How do the five units combine to form my bill?
You start with the CO Base Platform, then add packs of tenants, analyst users, playbooks, and agents. Each unit type is priced and counted separately, then billed together. Your total depends on the quantity you select for each. You expand any unit as your needs grow.

The threat emails are not tailored to our company, though the product is stable
Reviewed on Feb 14, 2024
Review provided by PeerSpot
What is our primary use case?
We use the solution for the correlation of threat feeds and reporting.
What is most valuable?
The product is stable. We have no complaints about its stability.
What needs improvement?
The threat emails are not tailored to our company. It just gives us every newsletter and bombards our email box. The solution must be able to provide threat feeds. We shouldn’t have to rely on third parties and pay for additional licenses. The tool doesn't integrate well with ServiceNow. It is our main ticketing platform.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using the solution for about a year.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
We have three users.
How are customer service and support?
We get support from a partner.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is very complex. It took us a year to get to where we are, and it is still not fully set up. The solution is cloud-based.
What other advice do I have?
We don't have any threat feeds to correlate with yet. I've recently acquired the role of threat intelligence. We don’t need a lot. It can be customized. The company can do that for us. We haven’t seen much improvements in our organization since we have deployed the product. It's too complex for what we need. Overall, I rate the product a five out of ten.
