You pay by the hour for the AWS instance size you run this software on. The four options are all EC2 instance types, so pricing scales with the compute capacity you choose. The t3.medium is a general-purpose instance for lighter workloads. The r6i.large, r6i.xlarge, and r6i.2xlarge are memory-optimized instances, with each step up adding more compute and memory. You are billed only for the hours each instance runs. Pick the size that matches your workload; larger instances cost more per hour because they provide more resources.

What software do I get for these hourly instance charges?
You get a cloud FinOps platform that runs on the EC2 instance you launch. It discovers your cloud resources, maps spending, schedules non-production resources to power down, and recommends rightsizing based on real CPU and memory usage. Connection is agentless using a read-only trust policy.
Am I charged when the instance is stopped?
Hourly software charges accrue only while the instance runs. A fully stopped instance stops accruing hourly software fees. You may still pay underlying AWS storage costs for the stopped instance's volumes, but the software itself meters running hours only.
Does picking a larger instance size change what features I get?
No. All four instance sizes run the same software with the same capabilities. The size affects only compute and memory capacity, which changes your hourly cost. The t3.medium suits lighter use, while the r6i memory-optimized sizes suit heavier processing.
