IDIA (Integrated DevOps Intelligent Assistant) is a GenAI solution designed to accelerate the resolution of CI/CD pipeline errors (in platforms such as Jenkins, Github Actions, Tekton, etc.) by providing users with automatic problem-solving capabilities. The solution operates through several key phases. Upon error detection, an agent retrieves the error context and related source code. The issue is then sent to our Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system, which identifies the most probable vector series for constructing the context to be forwarded to the GenAI engine. Using the information retrieved by RAG, we construct a tailored prompt that instructs the engine on response methodologies, topics to address, affected source code, and the error type with its relative context. The prepared prompt is dispatched to the Llama-LLM engine, powered by the latest generation of Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors available on AWS. Llama processes the prompt and generates a response, which is automatically sent back as a resolution to the pipeline error. This streamlined process significantly accelerates problem resolution and expedites software development, enhancing overall efficiency and user satisfaction.
