What do you like best about the product?

I love that they do 1 thing and they do it very well. From the UI to features/functionality and the customer service... it's all A+

What do you dislike about the product?

The fact that you can't really grow a subscriber base with Gumlet like you can with YouTube. I know it's primarily for private videos but I would love to see them expand in that direction.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Protecting my private and paid video content and providing a good experience for the end user (pretty, fast playing videos).

What do you like best about the product?

Gumlet has been a helpful addition to my content stack. I run a training business, and video quality matters for my learners. Gumlet delivers clean playback, reliable streaming, and simple controls. I don’t need a technical team to manage it. The analytics are clear, and the upload-to-publish process feels smooth. It’s one of those tools that just does what it promises without drama.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have nothing to dislike about Gumlet. It has been a trusted partner for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gumlet has made it much easier for my company to host all of our training videos in one place. Now, we have a central repository that supplies content to all of our course platforms. Whenever we need to update a video, we can do it centrally, and the changes are reflected everywhere instantly, with no hassle at all.

What do you like best about the product?

The playback quality is great, especially for the high-end animation client work we show on our Glue VFX website. Everything loads quickly, even big files. I also use it for my BYCB course videos, and the DRM has been brilliant for keeping the paid content protected. The analytics are clear and genuinely useful, which helps us see what viewers actually watch.

What do you dislike about the product?

Honestly, not much. It would be nice to have a bit more control over the player’s design for branding, but they are constantly devloping these features. Everything else works really well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives us reliable hosting for client videos and keeps my course content secure. Before this, playback issues were common on other platforms. Gumlet just works, and it saves me time because I don’t get messages from clients or students saying a video won’t load.

What do you like best about the product?

Gumlet has a really simple interface but professional and well thought out. I love that it has a migration, that was a feature I was looking for. The hosting is fast and has every feature I'd really needed to see to make the switch from a competitor.

What do you dislike about the product?

At this point, I don't have any complaints. It has the features I need and it's simple to upload and set the settings for each video.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a solution that would give me more space as I grow my business. I also love the option to invite other users into my account because I have other people who upload and manage videos. This will grow with me and serve my needs very well. We use this for hosting videos that appear on our website as well as in course content.

What do you like best about the product?

Gumlet has been my go-to video host for nearly three years, and it’s been fantastic. I use it mainly for my sales videos on my website, and the embeds always work smoothly. The analytics dashboard is clean and surprisingly helpful, I can quickly see what people watch, where they drop off, and which videos perform best.
What really sold me on Gumlet was their support team. I had one technical hiccup early on, reached out, and they resolved it almost immediately. It’s rare to get that kind of responsiveness these days. If you want dependable video hosting without complications, Gumlet is a great choice.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing really, though there may be an occasional small learning curve when exploring lesser-used features.

Gumlet solves three big problems for me: reliable hosting, smooth embedding, and clear analytics. My videos play fast, I can drop them onto my website without any technical headaches, and I can see exactly how people are watching. It makes my marketing flow easier and helps me improve my content based on real viewer behavior.
