AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
This listing offers one pricing option: the Growth Plan, billed as a contract. You pay for a bundle that includes 300 GB of bandwidth. Within that bundle, you get unlimited image requests and unlimited transformations. Pricing centers on bandwidth as the metered resource, so the requests and transformations do not add separate charges. Because there is a single dimension, you commit to this one bundle rather than choosing between tiers or sizes. The plan covers image processing and delivery through the vendor's optimization and CDN network.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
How is the 300 GB bandwidth measured, and what counts against it?
Bandwidth measures the data your optimized images transfer to end users through the delivery network. Each image served consumes bandwidth based on its file size. Compression, auto-format conversion, and network-aware delivery reduce the data transferred per image, which helps stretch your included 300 GB.
Do image requests and transformations add any charges beyond the bandwidth bundle?
No. The Growth Plan includes unlimited requests and unlimited transformations. You can resize, compress, convert formats, and serve images as often as needed without per-request or per-transformation fees. Only bandwidth is metered against your 300 GB allowance.
What happens to my cost if I go beyond the 300 GB bandwidth?
The listing covers a bundle of 300 GB bandwidth. It does not specify overage rates for exceeding that amount on this plan. For details on what happens past the included bandwidth, contact the vendor before you commit.

Gumlet’s Human, Responsive Customer Support Stands Out

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciated most about Gumlet was their customer support.
The team responds quickly, communicates clearly, and genuinely tries to help. What stood out to me was that I was able to speak with real people rather than a chatbot. That personal approach made a huge difference.
Everyone I interacted with was patient, respectful, and willing to look for solutions instead of simply pointing to policies and ending the conversation. Even when they could not make immediate promises, they took the time to understand my situation and treated me with kindness and professionalism.
In a time when many companies rely heavily on automated responses, Gumlet's human approach to customer support is something I truly value and appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
did not come across anything I disliked during my experience with Gumlet.
My interaction with the platform was relatively brief, but everything worked as expected, and my communication with the support team was positive throughout. At this point, I have not identified any significant drawbacks worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gumlet helped me solve two different challenges.
The first was a technical issue when I was setting up and connecting my website. The support team responded quickly and guided me through the process, which made everything much easier and saved me a lot of time and frustration.
The second challenge was related to a mistake on my side. I overlooked an important detail, which led to a situation I was concerned about. Instead of treating it as simply my problem, the team took the time to understand what had happened, reviewed my case carefully, and worked with me to find a fair solution.
The biggest benefit for me was knowing that there were real people behind the product who genuinely cared about helping their customers. That level of support created trust and gave me confidence in the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet has come to the rescue for me with videos. Product videos, Course videos, even movies! It's like a Vimeo but built for security and fun! Plus the team is just so kind and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not fair, but I'd love it if I could create a course inside of the platform. Rather than host elsewhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gumlet is allowing me to abandon other software and just pay for my videos in a place I know that it will last. I'm so thankful for a platform that supports video and images!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Gumlet is affordable and much cheaper than competitors while offering generous storage limits. It's also very customizable, allowing me to edit how I want to display my videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have custom CNAMEs for the videos (not just the channel). Currently, they're all on the account that I have domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gumlet lets me store large amounts of videos with very fast streaming, no ads, and full customization.

What do you like best about the product?
Gumlet Video delivers high reliability with strong uptime and optimized content delivery. Robust security settings with dynamic watermarking keep content protected. Easy embed tools and brand friendly customization simplify deployment. A clear, intuitive dashboard UX makes video management painless and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional onboarding guides would improve first time user adoption. Broader player theme options would increase design flexibility. More ready made templates would help users launch faster with less setup effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is great for hosting a lot of media without any worries. You've got a secure backdrop, watermarking features, and detailed access controls to keep your digital stuff safe while ensuring smooth playback. The dashboard is easy to use, the optimization works seamlessly in the background, and the CDN routing really speeds up load times for viewers no matter where they are.

Switched from a premium host to Gumlet and it fits our small team better
Reviewed on Dec 17, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Videos load fast and play smoothly for clients in different regions. Since moving to Gumlet I almost never hear complaints about buffering. I also like that I can keep the player clean, add our logo and adjust controls depending on the page. Security is straightforward. Domain limits and signed links are enough for our “client only” content. Pricing feels reasonable for a small team that uses video a lot but is not a media company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is functional but not always obvious. Some settings feel tucked away and I needed a few sessions of trial and error to build a layout that made sense. A more guided setup and clearer menus would help new users. The analytics view is fine for basic checks, but I would like slightly deeper insight into which videos perform best over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Gumlet we used a more expensive video platform. It worked well, but over time the subscription felt too heavy for our actual usage. Moving to Gumlet has cut our hosting costs while keeping quality and reliability high. It has also reduced support noise from clients, which means less time chasing tech issues and more time on billable work. Overall it gives us stable video delivery, a proper CDN and simple security at a level that fits a small consultancy.
