Conversation orchestration and AI-driven decisioning are powered by Amazon Bedrock or Amazon SageMaker, while AWS Lambda manages workflow execution and rule-based scheduling logic. Amazon API Gateway enables secure integration with calendars, CRM systems, and scheduling platforms. Appointment data and session state are stored in Amazon DynamoDB, with logs and transcripts maintained in Amazon S3. Security, governance, and audit readiness are ensured using IAM, AWS KMS, and VPC isolation, while Amazon CloudWatch provides monitoring and operational visibility. The solution scales horizontally to handle high volumes of concurrent appointments without performance degradation, reducing manual effort and ensuring reliable, consistent scheduling.
