TD SYNNEX deploys and fully manages the foundational AWS Cloud Intelligence Dashboards (CID), giving Partners centralized, actionable operational and architectural insights across their entire AWS usage. This intelligence empowers Partners with unparalleled control and visibility over customer resources, enabling organization-wide understanding of AWS cost and usage to drive smarter business decisions.
The dashboards help Partners strengthen security governance, optimize end-customer support, monitor usage trends, enforce operational best practices, and drive excellence at scale.
Our full offering includes the customized deployment of three foundational dashboards for core data visibility, plus five high-value custom dashboards selected by the Partner from the Advanced and Additional CID catalogues. It also includes initial training and a guided walkthrough delivered by our technical experts, along with comprehensive, ongoing maintenance and support for all dashboards.
This service gives Partners immediate, centralized visibility into all their end customers’ AWS cost, usage, and efficiency patterns, creating a data-driven foundation for smarter operational decisions and proactive optimization. The set of dashboards we deploy is guided by our technical experts and fully tailored to each Partner’s specific needs and requirements
