Dream State - AWS Cybersecurity and AI Strategy Roadmaps

Dream State helps CISOs, CIOs and security leaders clarify the outcomes, decisions and organisational changes needed for their AWS AI and cybersecurity roadmap. This AWS Marketplace edition provides leadership-level discovery and adoption planning for Amazon Bedrock, Amazon GuardDuty and AWS Security Hub. Each engagement starts with a current or planned AWS use case and approved participant-supplied evidence. We examine AI use cases, data and governance requirements for Amazon Bedrock; threat-detection and response responsibilities for Amazon GuardDuty; and security findings, prioritisation and ownership for AWS Security Hub. The report records the suitability of each service, including reasons to defer or not adopt it, evidence gaps, risks, decision owners and phased next steps. Recommendations follow the participant's needs and can consider alternatives.

Three preparatory questions, an approximately one-hour facilitated discovery session, research and a participant-reviewed readback lead to a full report and three-page executive summary. The report links the current situation, desired outcome and next steps to the named AWS services. It distinguishes supplied evidence from assumptions and questions requiring technical validation. This is a leadership planning service based on agreed evidence, not an inspection of live cloud configuration, security assurance, implementation or certification. Technical validation, specialist whiteboarding and implementation require a separately agreed scope. No customer cloud resources are provisioned by this discovery service.

Vendors and partners sponsor this AWS-focused programme. Participating leaders pay no fee, there is no vendor or sponsor representative in the discovery session, and the leader approves the readback and any sponsor-facing outputs.
