Overview

Improve your cloud architecture with an AWS Well-Architected Review, performed by Adela Technologies. An AWS Well-Architected Review will assess your most critical workloads against the six pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework (operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization, sustainability) and provide a detailed recommendation on how to improve your cloud architecture. Our AWS certified cloud architects will lead you through discussions:

Sprint 1: Initial Review During this 30 minute introductory conference call, we will identify and prioritize what workload will be reviewed and ask questions about your current architecture as it relates to the six pillars of the Well-Architected Framework.

Sprint 2: Well-Architected Review This 2 hour workshop is critical to a Well-Architected Review. Our cloud architects will use the AWS Well-Architected tool to evaluate and assess your current architecture with input from your key stakeholders.

Sprint 3: Findings + Reports In the 60 minute review meeting, we will present with our findings, which includes what parts of your environment is well-architected, needs improvement, and have critical risks.

Sprint 4: BONUS - Our team will provide a vulnerability assessment of your resources and idenitfy your workloads current risk level

Keep in Touch: The Well-Architected Framework was designed as a repeatable mechanism to help you evolve your cloud practice at each stage in the process, from development to production and beyond.

Deliverables

You will receive a Well-Architected Review report of critical findings along with recommended remediations. BONUS - Receive a security vulnerability report and assess your workload risk with details on how to make improvements.

Once service is started, a member of our WAR team will reach out to you to kick off the project and pass along the link to our one-of-a-kind Well-Architected Review scheduling engine. At this time you can schedule your three meetings with the appropriate members of your team.
