    Overview

The World's Safest Healthcare AI Agent Platform

Healthcare organizations face an impossible equation: rising patient volumes, shrinking workforce capacity, and uncompromising safety requirements. Hippocratic AI addresses it.

As a global leader and pioneer in safety-focused generative AI agents for healthcare, the company built a patented safety constellation architecture, Polaris, enabling non-diagnostic AI agents to support patients through natural conversations across a range of use cases, including care navigation, follow-ups, chronic disease management, education, preventative care, and more across the patient and member continuum.

    About Polaris

Healthcare requires an experienced AI model: understanding what a patient needs, navigating a complex conversation, driving it to the right outcome and escalating when necessary, all at conversational speed with state-of-the-art safety.

    That's the Polaris 5.0 difference.

Polaris 5.0 is a 5-trillion-parameter constellation powered by a 700-billion-parameter core model, allowing Hippocratic AI to add new clinical skills and upgraded features that make it the most medically advanced voice AI agent in healthcare, including:

    • contextual ASR
    • cough detection
    • drug safety
    • specialty scheduling
    • clinical escalation including suicidal ideation and child protective service alerts

Across more than 50 benchmarks, Polaris 5.0 is able to outperform leading voice-deployable models from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google on the clinical, regulatory, and conversational tasks required to safely manage real patient voice interactions, while running at speeds the frontier thinking models (GPT 5.4 Pro, Claude Opus 4.7, Gemini 3.1 Pro) cannot match.

    Built for Healthcare

HAI builds generative AI agents that speak with patients, by phone, at scale, with the clinical empathy and safety rigor that healthcare demands.

Hippocratic AI is deployed by more than 60 large health systems, payers, and pharma organizations across 6 countries. Our platform integrates with existing EHR, CRM, and care management workflows, and is designed to meet the compliance and security standards enterprise healthcare requires.

    • Post-discharge follow-up (CHF, kidney disease, surgical recovery)
    • Chronic care management and remote monitoring
    • Medication adherence and refill reminders
    • Clinical trial recruitment and management
    • Pre-operative patient instructions
    • Preventive care and wellness outreach
    • Health risk assessments (HRA)

    Dimensions summary

This listing offers one pricing option: the Basic Plan, billed by units under a contract. Pricing is not published on the Marketplace. Instead, you arrange a private offer directly with the vendor. Your rate depends on the terms you negotiate, so the unit count and cost are set through that private agreement. To get a price, you contact the vendor and discuss the AI healthcare agents your organization needs.

    Top-of-mind questions for buyers

A unit maps to the AI healthcare agent capacity your organization uses. The vendor builds agents for tasks like appointment scheduling, screening outreach, and post-discharge recovery calls. The exact unit definition and count are set in the private offer you negotiate, since pricing is not published on the Marketplace.
The AI agents do not diagnose or prescribe. The vendor also excludes hospice care, mental health disorders, and children under age two. Agents recognize symptom cues and escalate to a human nurse when needed. This scope applies to the agents delivered under your contract.
This is a contract-based option billed by units. You do not pay per call on a pay-as-you-go basis through the Marketplace. Instead, you arrange a private offer with the vendor. That agreement sets your unit count, rate, and term, so charges follow the negotiated contract.

Structured Patient Outreach That Keeps Nurses Off Long Dial Lists

    Reviewed on Sep 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Structured patient outreach—medication check-ins, post-visit follow-up, simple education—can run without pulling a nurse off the floor for a long dial list. Calls stay in a non-diagnostic lane, and when something sounds concerning, the path to a human is clear enough that staff trust the handoff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Programs still need careful design: scripts, escalation rules, and which populations are in scope. If those are fuzzy, staff spend time cleaning up edge cases. It works best as a supervised workflow, not a set-and-forget bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Care teams had more follow-up demand than calendar space. Important calls were delayed or skipped on busy days, which showed up later as confusion or missed steps in the plan. Automating a share of low-risk outreach has increased how many patients we actually reach and protected clinical time for bedside and complex cases.

Makes Structured Patient Outreach Scalable Without Tying Up Clinical Staff

    Reviewed on Sep 28, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We use the agents for structured patient outreach—reminders and education around preventive and follow-up care—without pulling clinical staff off the floor for hours of dialing. Calls stay in a non-diagnostic lane, and when something sounds off, the path to a human is clear. That combination has made large outreach waves more realistic for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Programs still need careful design: which populations, what the agent is allowed to say, and when to escalate. If those rules are vague, staff end up cleaning up edge cases. It works best as a supervised workflow, not a set-and-forget bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quality and care-management goals required more patient contact than nurses and coordinators could sustain by hand. Important calls were delayed or skipped when the day got busy. Automating a share of low-risk, scripted outreach has increased how many patients we actually reach and freed clinicians for bedside and complex cases instead of repetitive phone work.

Effective in handling patient' administrative tasks

    Reviewed on Sep 07, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me handle non-diagnosis patients and patient-related tasks, such as post-discharge conversations and patient payments support. It also help in environment predictions
What do you dislike about the product?
Experts can’t review or edit its safety claims because the system is proprietary, which makes it feel less reliable. It relies heavily on patient information, but nurses spend most of their time observing patients in real time, and that’s where it falls short. We can use it for some administrative tasks, but it can’t replace real-time work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps save time by reaching out to patients after discharge by arranging call, scheduling appointment, sending prescriptions. It also predict environment crisis which helps patient recovery

Great tool for routine patient follow-ups, saves a lot of time

    Reviewed on Aug 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It saves a lot of time for our team when handling routine patient follow-ups and medication check-ins. The voice sounds surprisingly natural, so patients feel comfortable during calls. It really helps lower the workload on our staff so they can focus on urgent care instead of spending hours making repetitive phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup and integrating it with our existing workflow took longer than expected. Also, when patients ask unexpected questions outside of the standard follow-up routine, the system gets confused and requires a human staff member to step in and take over the call
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of heavy staff workload caused by constant follow-up calls. By automating routine post-discharge check-ins and appointment reminders, our clinical team spends much less time on the phone. This allows our staff to focus on critical patient care and reduces burnout while keeping patient communication consistent
