Dimensions summary
You buy Safety Cloud on an annual contract, priced per user per year. Every option requires a minimum of 100 users. The four options differ by how many modules each user can access. You can choose 1 module, 2 modules, or 5 modules per user. The All Modules option gives each user access to every module. Pricing scales with two factors: the number of users you cover and the module count you select. As you add users or expand module access, your total commitment grows accordingly.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A user is one individual account with access to the modules you select. Each option bills per user per year. You must cover at least 100 users, so your smallest annual commitment reflects 100 accounts, even if fewer people use the platform.
A module is a functional area of the platform, such as visitor management, emergency response, behavioral threat assessment, communications, or forms. The 1, 2, and 5 Module options let you access that number of modules. The All Modules option opens every module to each user.
Two factors multiply your cost: the number of users and the module option you pick. Cost is charged per user per year, so adding users or choosing an option with more modules both raise your total. Both factors apply together on the same annual commitment.
