Vendor refund policy
Before Processing Begins: If cancellation is requested before we start processing your documents, you are entitled to a full refund, as allowed under EU law for services not yet supplied.
After Work Has Started: No refund.
Refunds, less any cancellation fees and applicable charges, will be issued within 14 days of receiving a valid cancellation request to support@a-2-z.co.il .
