We deliver professional services engagements that modernize test and measurement operations using AI, Generative AI, Foundation Models, RAG, IoT integration, and advanced analytics - built entirely on AWS.

Our engagements follow a structured, phased approach:

Phase 1: Discovery and Assessment (2-4 weeks)

• Evaluate existing instruments, sensors, and data flows
• Identify integration requirements for legacy and modern protocols
• Define success metrics and KPIs
• Deliverable: Architecture blueprint and implementation roadmap

Phase 2: Solution Design and Build (4-8 weeks)

• Design cloud-native architecture on AWS (IoT Core, Lambda, S3, Glue, SageMaker)
• Develop AI/ML models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and calibration optimization
• Configure GenAI and RAG interfaces for natural language querying
• Deliverable: Deployed MVP with core integrations

Phase 3: Implementation and Integration (4-6 weeks)

• Connect measurement instruments and sensors to the scalable data platform
• Enable real-time telemetry streaming and dashboards
• Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, LIMS)
• Deliverable: Production-ready platform with operational runbooks

Phase 4: Hypercare and Knowledge Transfer (2-4 weeks)

• Monitor system performance and fine-tune ML models
• Train customer teams on platform operations

• IoT Device Integration: Connect test equipment, sensors, and instruments with support for legacy and modern protocols and real-time telemetry streaming

• Generative AI and RAG: Natural language query interface for measurement data, AI-powered troubleshooting, and context-aware insights using enterprise knowledge bases
• AI Agents and Automation: Autonomous agents for monitoring, alerting, and workflows with automated report generation
• Advanced Analytics and Dashboards: Real-time dashboards, KPI tracking, and predictive analytics using Amazon QuickSight or third-party BI tools
• Log Capture and Observability: Centralized logging with AI-driven root cause analysis

We implement solutions following security best practices with experience across HIPAA, PCI DSS, NIST 800, and SOC 2 compliance frameworks. Customer responsibilities include:

• Access to test instruments and sensor documentation
• Subject matter expert availability during discovery phase
• Network connectivity to measurement devices

Out of scope: Hardware procurement, on-premises infrastructure deployment, and third-party software licensing.
