About the Service

Scope and Deliverables • Assessment of the organization’s current state: identification of information silos, compliance gaps, critical processes, assets, third parties, etc.

• Design of an Archer IRM implementation roadmap: definition of modules to deploy, configuration of policies, workflows, roles, controls, permissions, and metrics.

• Implementation and configuration of the platform (SaaS, IaaS, or on-premise, depending on the client).

• Integration with the client’s existing systems (e.g., asset management, SIEM, ERP, audit/compliance systems, third-party databases, etc.).

• Bulk upload or migration of initial data (risks, audits, controls, third parties, assets, historical data, etc.).

• Configuration of workflows, alerts, notifications, reports, and dashboards tailored to the client’s organizational structure.

• Configuration of modules based on needs: operational risk management, business continuity / operational resilience, third-party risk, compliance, internal audit, ESG (governance, social/environmental compliance), among others.

• Training for responsible personnel / key stakeholders on platform usage, risk policies, workflows, reporting, and maintenance.

• Ongoing support and maintenance / consulting services (optional): configuration updates, control adjustments, audit support, regulatory or business changes, optimization, advisory.
