• High level overview of various infrastructure modernization approaches
• Talk through top AWS cloud native products (if applicable)
• Discuss how we can help accelerate modernization to drive those business outcomes
• Recommend products and/or projects to drive quick value and ROI

How the Call Works

Introduction: Your assigned Client Executive and a Solution Architect will join you on a discovery call beginning with introductions to your key business stakeholders and a high-level overview of your business

Cloud Modernization Strategy Review: We’ll then begin discovery and understanding of your current state in the cloud, ideal state, and what challenges you’ve encountered getting there. We’ll want to understand what the business drivers are motivating the adoption of cloud native technologies. We may discuss top AWS cloud native products and services that may be well suited to your use case and go over modernization approaches. Finally, we’ll identify and go over key entry points/projects/next steps our experts feel will help you accelerate your journey to modernization and take advantage of all that cloud has to offer.
