Overview
Cloud Migration Services provides a structured, low-risk approach to moving workloads from on-premises or legacy platforms to AWS. We modernize infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, identity, and databases, enabling organizations to adopt a scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environment aligned with AWS best practices.
Many organizations face aging infrastructure, limited scalability, manual operational processes, and security concerns that slow delivery and increase operational overhead. CPS addresses these challenges with certified migration engineers, standardized methodologies, and tooling designed for predictable, efficient transitions to AWS.
Engagement Model
1. Migration Readiness Assessment
A no-commitment review of current infrastructure, application dependencies, operational processes, and business objectives. The output includes a readiness score across security, cost, and scalability, plus a recommended migration path such as rehosting, re-platforming, or refactoring.
2. Architecture Planning and Design
Definition of the target AWS architecture based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework. Deliverables include network design, IAM structure, backup and recovery strategy, observability requirements, and service selection for workloads (Amazon EC2, Amazon RDS, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, etc.).
3. Migration Execution and Testing
End-to-end execution of data transfer, workload provisioning, configuration updates, and application deployment using AWS migration services such as AWS Application Migration Service and AWS Snowball (as required). Validation includes smoke testing, failover testing, functional checks, and CI/CD integration.
4. Cutover, Go-Live, and Optimization
Coordinated cutover with rollback procedures, followed by performance tuning, right-sizing, reserved instance or Savings Plan recommendations, and FinOps configuration. Organizations can optionally transition to Managed Cloud Platform Services for ongoing operations and governance.
Supported Migration Approaches
Rehosting (Lift-and-Shift)
Direct migration of workloads with minimal architectural change.
Re-platforming
Selective modernization of components, services, or deployment processes.
Refactoring
Full modernization into cloud-native architectures for improved scalability and automation.
Hybrid Approaches
Multi-stage or partial migrations that maintain continuity during transition.
Pricing
Pricing is provided as fixed-price project engagements, based on workload quantity, complexity, data transfer requirements, and migration timeline. Optional post-migration support packages are available.
