Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You start with the Qlik Talend Cloud - Starter Edition, a base subscription that moves up to 50GB of data per month. Usage is measured by data volume, job executions, and execution duration. The three overage dimensions cover what happens if you exceed your subscribed capacity. One overage bills extra executions or job hours. A second overage bills added data movement in data packs. A third overage bills third-party data transform activity in data packs. You pay overage only for usage above your base plan.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Your Starter Edition usage is measured by three factors working together: the volume of data moved, the number of job executions, and how long those jobs run. All three count toward your subscribed capacity. When you cross that capacity, the matching overage dimension bills the extra activity.
Each overage bills independently for a different activity type. One covers extra executions or job hours. Another bills added data movement in data packs. A third bills third-party data transform activity in data packs. You are charged only on the specific type that exceeds your Starter Edition capacity.
You keep full access to your plan when you near the limit. A self-serve telemetry dashboard tracks your usage trends, and alerts notify designated people as you approach capacity. Charges apply only for usage above your base plan, billed through the matching overage dimension.
