Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer a refund or credit on purchase unless one of our promises contained in the software agreement has been breached, or as required by law. If billed on an annual basis and cancellation occurs within 30 days of annual installment received by a Company, a prorated amount will be refunded to the Customer.
