Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this through a contract with two dimensions. The Start Up Plan is your base subscription. Its cost depends on the features, integrations, and bank connectivity you select. This plan sets your included usage limits for things like accounts and transactions. The Overage dimension applies only when you exceed your contracted amount. It charges for usage beyond what your plan covers. So the Start Up Plan is your committed baseline, and the Overage is a variable add-on that scales with extra usage. You contact the vendor to size the base plan to your needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What sets the included usage limits under the Start Up Plan?
The base package includes bank connectivity for up to 100 accounts and storage for up to 1 million transactions. It also includes 10 users to start. Your selected features, integrations, and bank connections determine your Start Up Plan cost and the usage caps tied to it.
What happens if I exceed my contracted accounts, transactions, or connections?
There are no hard limits on bank connections or transactions. When you go beyond the amount set in your Start Up Plan, the Overage dimension applies. It charges for that extra usage. You contact the vendor to scale connections and storage above your baseline.
Do the Start Up Plan and Overage charges appear together on my bill?
Yes. The Start Up Plan is your committed baseline fee for the contract term. The Overage charge is separate and variable. It only appears when your usage passes the contracted amount. If you stay within your limits, you pay the Start Up Plan fee alone.
