Its security and flexible deployment options stand out, offering full control over data and privacy, and the ability to choose how and where data is hosted. I value that Pexip can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud, meeting security and data privacy requirements without sacrificing performance or usability. I also enjoy that it integrates smoothly with Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, making workflows more efficient by allowing users on those platforms to join the same meeting without switching apps. Installation was straightforward, and once deployed, the admin interface was easy to manage with users able to join meetings instantly. Overall, Pexip is a powerful and easy-to-use solution that makes hybrid collaboration effortless and gives me confidence to use it in any environment.

What do you dislike about the product?

While Pexip works very well overall, a few areas could be improved. The user interface, while functional, could be more modern and intuitive, especially for new users joining meetings for the first time. Occasionally, the initial setup and configuration can feel a bit technical for non-IT users, particularly when integrating with external systems or on-premise deployments. I've also noticed that mobile performance and browser compatibility could be smoother in certain cases. Lastly, adding more built-in analytics and user insights would help admins track usage and meeting quality better. Overall, these are minor issues, but improving them would make Pexip even more seamless and user-friendly for all types of users.

I like that Pexip feels very stable and doesn’t make video calls a headache. I use it a lot when coordinating with different teams and external partners, and the quality stays consistent even when the network isn’t perfect. The interface is pretty straightforward, so I don’t have to explain anything to people joining from outside the organisation. It basically just works, which is honestly all you want from a meeting platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only thing I’m not a fan of is that it takes a little time to get comfortable with the layout if you’re switching from other platforms. A few features feel slightly tucked away, so the first few meetings can be a bit of a “wait, where is that?” moment. Nothing major, but there’s a small learning curve.

I dislike the outdated interface design of Pexip, which feels clunky compared to modern alternatives. I wish it were more visually engaging and modern.
