I appreciate Pexip's self-hosting capabilities, which allow me to manage my data without sending it to external servers, providing peace of mind and enhanced control. This feature, coupled with enterprise-level security, stands out as a critical advantage over other platforms, particularly Zoom, which lacks self-hosting options. I was pleasantly surprised by the straightforward setup of Pexip, which I had initially thought would be complex given its enterprise-level functionality. The ease of joining meetings is another feature I find highly beneficial. These aspects make Pexip a reliable choice for my needs, and I am inclined to continue using it because of these strong attributes.

I dislike the outdated interface design of Pexip, which feels clunky compared to modern alternatives. I wish it were more visually engaging and modern.

I find Pexip's self-hosting and enterprise-level security features valuable as they keep my data secure without external transfers.

Pexip stands out because it’s simple to use and doesn’t require much training. The interface is intuitive, which makes it easy for teams to join meetings or host conferences on a regular basis. I like that implementation is smooth and the platform integrates well with existing systems like Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. This makes it flexible to use across different departments. The number of features is solid too you get reliable video, content sharing, and strong security options. For frequent users, it works consistently without performance issues.

What do you dislike about the product?

The platform works well overall, but sometimes setup for more advanced features can feel a bit technical, which may slow down implementation for new teams. I also think customer support could be faster in resolving tickets during peak times. The feature set is strong, but adding more customization around meeting layouts and reporting would improve the experience for heavy users.

Pexip solves the challenge of having multiple video platforms across an organization by providing one system that integrates smoothly with the tools people are already using. This reduces confusion and makes collaboration easier. For companies that need secure, reliable video calls frequently, it provides stability and flexibility, helping teams stay connected without worrying about compatibility issues.

I have been using Pexip form the past few months, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The biggest use for me is how well it integrates with other platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. In our company, we use a mix of video systems, and Pexip to have a daily meetings which really helps bridge that gap without needing to switch tools constantly.

The video and audio quality are excellent even in low bandwidth situations, the calls remain stable and clear. Also, the interface is clean and easy to use. Scheduling meetings, joining via browser, and inviting external users is smooth and hassle-free.The in app chat features are pretty simole would be great to see more advanced collaboration tools added in the future.


Overall, if you are looking for a secure, high-quality, and interoperable video conferencing solution especially for enterprise use pexip is definitely worth considering.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think there's room for improvement in a couple of areas:

The initial setup was a bit technical and might be tricky without proper IT support.

The in app chat features are pretty basic would be great to see more advanced collaboration tools added in the future.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Pexip, I can join and host meetings with anyone, no matter what platform they use. I don’t need to worry about compatibility or switching between apps. It just works whether someone is using Teams, Zoom, or a video room system.

This saves time, avoids technical issues, and makes meetings smoother, especially in a large or global team
