Cantier CMMS X.0 is an AI-native Computerized Maintenance Management System that connects assets, maintenance, work orders, spare parts, calibration and equipment performance in one platform. Built on an Edge-to-Cloud, Microservices architecture, CMMS X.0 combines maintenance execution with Industrial AIoT, Digital Twins, predictive intelligence and governed Agentic AI to help manufacturers progress from reactive maintenance to predictive and increasingly autonomous asset operations.
Cantier CMMS X.0 provides end-to-end maintenance and asset reliability management for discrete, semiconductor, electronics, automotive, aerospace, precision engineering, and other asset-intensive manufacturing environments.
The platform manages equipment and asset records, corrective and preventive maintenance, work orders, maintenance schedules, spare parts, calibration, equipment history, downtime, utilization, and maintenance performance while creating a trusted real-time foundation for asset reliability.
Why It Is Different
CMMS X.0 connects maintenance execution and equipment intelligence across three layers: CMMS for maintenance execution, AIoT for equipment intelligence, and Cantier.ai for agentic operations.
Maintenance records, equipment history, and real-time machine data provide context for reliability and maintenance insights, while copilots and specialized agents help maintenance teams investigate equipment issues, prioritize work, and act on findings.
Industrial IoT, a Unified Namespace, a Knowledge Graph, and a Manufacturing Ontology connect equipment and operational data with maintenance context. An MCP server provides a permissioned interface for Cantier agents and approved enterprise agents.
CMMS X.0 is designed around a unified asset reliability architecture spanning maintenance execution, equipment connectivity, Industrial AIoT, Digital Twins, predictive intelligence, and Agentic AI - reducing integration complexity and helping manufacturers move from reactive maintenance toward condition-based and predictive maintenance.

Condition Monitoring: Use connected equipment and sensor data to monitor asset condition and identify abnormal operating behavior.
Predictive Maintenance: Combine historical maintenance information, equipment condition, and machine data with predictive models to identify potential failures and maintenance requirements earlier.
AI Copilots & Specialized Maintenance Agents: Support maintenance teams with AI assistance for equipment investigation, work-order analysis, failure analysis, maintenance planning, and reliability insights.
Maintenance Knowledge & Root Cause Context: Connect historical failures, maintenance actions, equipment conditions, and operational information to support faster troubleshooting and root-cause investigation.
Predictive Maintenance & Asset Intelligence
CMMS X.0 combines historical maintenance records with equipment and IIoT data to help identify patterns associated with equipment degradation and potential failures.
Condition monitoring and predictive models can support earlier identification of abnormal equipment behavior, enabling maintenance teams to investigate risks, prioritize maintenance activities, and reduce unexpected equipment downtime.
Equipment Digital Twins provide additional operational context by connecting current equipment conditions with maintenance history, performance, and asset information.
Highlights
Improve equipment reliability and maintenance execution: Manage corrective and preventive maintenance, work orders, equipment history, spare parts and calibration through connected maintenance workflows. Maintenance teams gain greater visibility into asset condition, work progress and maintenance performance.
Move from scheduled maintenance toward predictive maintenance: Combine maintenance history with real-time IIoT and equipment condition data to monitor asset health, analyze failures and identify potential maintenance requirements earlier. Digital Twins and predictive intelligence help teams prioritize interventions and reduce unplanned downtime.
Support maintenance decisions and actions with AI: Maintenance copilots help teams interpret equipment, work-order and reliability information. Specialized agents can support equipment investigation, failure analysis, maintenance planning and reliability workflows through permissioned access to CMMS capabilities and trusted manufacturing context.

You buy three independent products, each priced per unit, where one unit equals one site. Cantier CMMS covers maintenance management and requires a minimum of 25 workstations, machines, or users per site. Cantier AIoT connects a minimum of 25 machines or tools with unlimited tags and includes connectivity, data modeling, a digital twin platform, and standard dashboards. Cantier.ai caps a site at 25 workstations, machines, or users and includes one solution pack, agent-building studio, and standard domain agents. You can purchase any product on its own or combine them, scaling by adding sites.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one unit when I buy Cantier CMMS, Cantier AIoT, or Cantier.ai?
Each unit equals one site. Cantier CMMS requires at least 25 workstations, machines, or users per site. Cantier AIoT requires at least 25 machines or tools, with unlimited tags. Cantier.ai caps a site at 25 workstations, machines, or users. You count sites, not individual devices, for billing.
How does my cost change when I add more machines, users, or locations?
You buy by the site unit, not per device. Within one Cantier CMMS or Cantier AIoT site, you meet the 25 minimum. Cantier.ai limits a site to 25. To cover more capacity or new locations, you add another site unit of the relevant product.
What does each product deliver, and do I need to buy all three?
You can buy any product alone or combine them. Cantier CMMS handles maintenance management and equipment monitoring. Cantier AIoT adds connectivity, data modeling, a digital twin platform, and standard dashboards. Cantier.ai includes one solution pack, an agent-building studio, prompt-based customization tools, and standard domain agents. The three bill independently.
