Process

• Cevo’s Cloud Consultants will work with you through a discovery workshop to understand your current environment, business priorities, and requirements. We’ll dive deep into your operational, security, and compliance needs to ensure that our recommendations are pragmatic and relevant, and may leverage automated discovery tools to uncover latent risks in the environment.
• We’ll review our recommendations with you, and agree on an improvement strategy and modernisation roadmap, as well as acceptance criteria and skills uplift.
• Leveraging our best-practice blueprints for operational and architectural best-practices, we’ll begin deploying a Well-Architected cloud foundation for your application workloads, including monitoring, security, and cost visibility.
• We’ll then work with you to migrate and modernise your application workloads to this secure foundation.
• As we make improvements, we’ll work with your team to ensure that they are up-skilled and equipped to manage your streamlined environment before hand-over.
• Once complete, we can offer ongoing management of your improved environment, or we can help you through continuous training to increase your organisation’s cloud skills still further.
