Usage charges accrue by the minute of active session time on the selected performance option. Unused resources can be reverted to your team balance. Sending or downloading data to Vagon costs nothing, but outbound data transfer carries a charge after the first 10GB in a month.
Team Admins can add extra usage with a single click from the Team Console. You can also scale back and return unused resources to your team's balance. To cover more expected usage upfront, choose a larger credit amount at purchase.
