Overview
AWS DevOps & Infrastructure Automation Services helps organizations establish secure, automated, and repeatable processes for building, testing, deploying, and operating applications and infrastructure on AWS. ScaleOps works with customer teams to evaluate existing delivery workflows and implement practical DevOps automation aligned with the agreed business, application, security, and operational requirements.
Engagement may include CI/CD pipeline implementation, Infrastructure as Code, automated environment provisioning, application build and testing workflows, container build and deployment automation, secrets and configuration management, security and quality controls, deployment strategies, monitoring, logging, dashboards, alerts, and operational documentation. Depending on the customer environment, the solution may use services such as AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodeDeploy, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Amazon EC2, Amazon ECR, Amazon ECS, Amazon EKS, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon CloudFront, AWS Systems Manager, AWS Secrets Manager, AWS Key Management Service (AWS KMS), AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), Amazon CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, AWS Config, AWS Security Hub, and Amazon Inspector
The engagement supports AWS-native and customer preferred DevOps toolchains, including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, SonarQube, and compatible security-scanning tools. Based on the agreed scope, ScaleOps may deliver operational CI/CD pipelines, reusable Infrastructure as Code modules, automated deployment workflows, integrated security and quality gates, monitoring configurations, technical documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
The applicable private offer and Statement of Work will define the applications, environments, AWS services, third-party tools, deliverables, schedule, assumptions, exclusions, pricing, and acceptance criteria for each engagement.

ScaleOps provides remote support throughout the DevOps implementation engagement.
Customers may contact the delivery team at support@scaleops.io or through the telephone number specified in the applicable private offer or Statement of Work.
Support is available Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding public holidays, unless different coverage is contractually agreed.
Support includes engagement coordination, clarification of implementation activities, troubleshooting of deliverables developed within the agreed scope, assistance during testing and acceptance, and post-implementation knowledge transfer. Initial responses are normally provided within one business day.
The duration of post-implementation support, response targets, supported environments, and escalation procedures will be defined in the applicable private offer or Statement of Work. Ongoing DevOps engineering, managed operations, emergency response, and work outside the agreed scope require a separate written agreement.
