Amazon EC2 (Elastic Compute Cloud) instances are virtual servers on which you can run your applications and workloads, offering varying combinations of CPU, memory, storage, and networking resources. You can launch as many instances from as many different AMIs as you need.

- Use SSH to login to the launched machine (user: ec2-user)
- Run this shell command: sudo /data/dynatrace-managed.sh --install-silent --binaries-dir /data/dynatrace-managed --datastore-dir /data/dynatrace-data --cluster-ip <your_cluster_ip> --license BNravVr71cuAMqTv
- wait for updates to finish (5-10 minutes)
- login to the application using a browser: https://{your-instance-hostname}
- Follow on-screen instruction to finish set-up
