Vendor refund policy
AllCode Nexus is billed based on actual usage. Since charges reflect consumed AI resources that cannot be reclaimed, refunds are generally not available for metered usage. However, if you believe you were billed in error (e.g., due to a metering malfunction), contact support@allcode.com within 30 days and we will investigate and issue a credit if appropriate. Unused portions of prepaid contracts are eligiblefor pro-rated refunds upon cancellation.
