Overview
Who this is for
Mid-market and enterprise organizations in Canada, the United States and Europe with repetitive back-office work in finance, procurement, HR, customer operations or compliance, including teams evaluating Amazon Quick or replacing rule-based bot scripts that break whenever a screen changes. The buyer is the COO, CFO, Head of Shared Services or CIO.
The problem
Work moves between email, spreadsheets and several business applications by hand. Approvals wait in inboxes, documents are keyed in twice, and the bot scripts written to help break when an application changes. Nobody can see where a case is stuck, and nobody wants an automation to release a payment or send a contract without a person checking it first.
What we deliver
Process discovery and ranking. Over two weeks we map candidate processes with the people who run them, measure volume, handling time and exception rates, and rank them by value and risk. Each process is assigned to Quick Flows for team tasks or to Quick Automate for end-to-end automation.
Team workflows in Quick Flows. Repeatable tasks such as weekly reports, request triage and approval routing become flows built in natural language or the visual editor, with approval steps where needed, scheduled triggers, and publication to your admin-managed library so other teams can reuse them.
End-to-end automations in Quick Automate. For high-volume processes such as invoice handling, vendor onboarding checks or case intake, we build automations from your process documents: steps from the actions library, API calls to your business applications, the UI agent for web applications without an API, case management so every item can be tracked, and exception handling. Where documents must be read, an extraction step built with Amazon Textract and AWS Lambda feeds the automation.
Human review and access control. Blocking review steps hold payments, contracts and changes to systems of record until a person approves in the human-in-the-loop task center, with the evidence on the review form; non-blocking steps notify a reviewer while the automation continues. Automated workflows run unattended at service level, so their credentials are scoped to only the systems each automation needs.
Parallel run and handover. Each automation first runs alongside the current process, and handling time, exception rate and how often reviewers change the proposed action are measured before cut-over. Process owners and administrators are trained, and runbooks cover changes.

AWS services integrated
Amazon Quick (Quick Flows, Quick Automate, the human-in-the-loop task center, spaces and integrations), AWS IAM Identity Center, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, Amazon API Gateway, Amazon Textract, AWS Secrets Manager, AWS CloudTrail and Amazon CloudWatch.
Outcomes
- Routine cases run end to end, and people handle only the exceptions.
- No payment, contract or system-of-record change goes out without the approval you require.
- Every case can be traced: where it is, who approved it and what the automation did.
- Each automation is measured against the old process before cut-over, not after.
Evidence
Dedicatted holds both AWS AI Competencies and the AWS Service Delivery validation for Amazon QuickSight. For a Canadian consumer goods distributor, Dedicatted automated remittance processing with Amazon Textract, Amazon Bedrock and AWS Lambda; the work is published as a case study on our AWS Partner Solutions Finder profile. For an engineering consulting firm, Dedicatted deployed Amazon Q with automated generation of reports and client responses from templates and past projects.
Where we deliver
Dedicatted is an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner and AWS Managed Service Provider headquartered in Toronto and Montreal, Canada. It is the first Canadian partner to hold both AWS AI Competencies (Generative AI and Agentic AI) and the first and only Canadian AWS Partner to hold the AWS Digital Sovereignty Services Competency. We deliver across Canada, the United States and Europe, in English and French, and support Canadian data residency in the AWS Canada (Central) and Canada West (Calgary) Regions.
AWS infrastructure charges
AWS bills you for Amazon Quick subscriptions and usage, and for Lambda, API Gateway, Textract, S3 and CloudWatch usage. We work through IAM roles and Amazon Quick permissions you grant.
Highlights
- Processes ranked before anything is built: two weeks of discovery with the people who run the work, volume, handling time and exception rates measured, and each process assigned to Quick Flows for team tasks or Quick Automate for end-to-end automation.
- Automation with control: blocking human review for payments, contracts and system-of-record changes, non-blocking review for the rest, case tracking for every item, and unattended credentials scoped to only the systems each automation needs.
- From an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner holding both AWS AI Competencies and the Amazon QuickSight Service Delivery validation, which automated remittance processing for a Canadian consumer goods distributor with Amazon Textract and Amazon Bedrock.
