Mercurius SOC AI 24/7 is a fully managed Security Operations Center service combining Mercurius proprietary AI detection and triage engine with Mercurius certified offensive-security analysts. We deliver continuous monitoring, autonomous AI-driven incident triage, and human-validated response across your entire security stack including endpoints, cloud workloads, identity, email, network, and SaaS applications. Service includes 24x7x365 monitoring with sub-15-minute MTTD, 60-minute MTTR for P1 incidents, Mercurius AI SOC platform deployment and tuning, certified analyst overlay (OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, CRTO), 4-6 week onboarding, monthly business review with KPI dashboard, quarterly tabletop exercises, dedicated Customer Success Manager, integrated threat intelligence feed from Mercurius LATAM Threat Intel Cell, and an 8-hour quarterly Incident Response retainer included. This managed service is delivered for customer workloads running on AWS and is offered in relation to the following AWS services, which Mercurius monitors, ingests findings from, and orchestrates response across: Amazon GuardDuty, AWS Security Hub, Amazon Detective, Amazon CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, AWS Config, and Amazon VPC. It supports 60 plus telemetry sources across EDR, XDR, cloud, identity, email, network and SIEM platforms. Target customers include BFSI, healthcare providers and payers, e-commerce and SaaS platforms, regulated public sector across LATAM and USA, and critical infrastructure operators.
