You will pay recurring monthly usage fees through your AWS bill, while AWS handles deployment and infrastructure management, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with other AWS services.

Connectivity: Our objective is to make Ad Astra Software Services available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. In the event that Client access to the Software Services becomes unavailable due to connectivity issues, the Client shall immediately notify Ad Astra by logging a case to the Ad Astra portal in accordance with written policies. Unless Client access to the Software Services is unavailable for reasons beyond control or as a result of routine maintenance, Ad Astra strives to resolve and restore access within eight (8) business hours. Clients may also subscribe to our application status page at https://status.adastra.live/ . Support hours: Our hours of operation are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday. Ad Astra policy is to respond within two (2) business hours of receiving the case. Online Support Center and Knowledge Base: Users are encouraged to browse online product support articles and submit tickets for further assistance online at https://help.adastra.live/ .
