Application Modernization Discovery

This engagement helps establish a vision for business platforms including use case elaboration, domain driven design, and platform strategy aligned to business strategy. It follows a methodical approach that uses LVT (Lean value tree) to co-create the vision, alignment of top business goals to the existing data landscape, and design of API first applications and platform strategy to drive the implementation of the required components. All this while keeping an eye on measures of success (MoS) and building a repeatable process for value driven application modernization evolution.
